This specimen is a Prehnite Sandwich!
One side of the Prehnite is Dark Green with Epidote and the other is sparkling with Clear Quartz.

Geological Terminology:
  • A vitreous miniature green translucent Prehnite with Epidote crystals cluster.
  • Sub-vitreous, sub-opaque, intergrown, orthorhombic Prehnite crystals.
  • Dark green Epidote inclusions can be seen towards the tips of the Prehnite crystals.
  • Vitreous, transparent, colorless, prismatic Quartz have developed on the base of the Prehnite crystals.
  • The Prehnite crystals are mostly lighter green colored whereas the Epidote crystals are darker green colored.
