This is an eye-catching, opaque and iridescent Tiger's Eye Sculpture. This awesome piece appears to have a chatoyant fur-like texture but is smooth to the touch. Tiger's Eye is actually a chatoyant Chalcedony, the chatoyancy is due to parallel intergrowth of Chalcedony and Amphibole layers.
