3. **Customs and Duties:**

- A commercial invoice will be attached to your parcel.

4. **Shipping Methods and Time Frame:**
- Our shipping method is Chronopost or DHL, taking an estimated 7 business days to arrive.
- Chronopost/ DHL deliver on weekdays between 09:00 and 17:00 and require a daytime contact number.
- Provide a correct shipping address upon payment to avoid additional expenses.

5. **Shipping Restrictions:**
- We do not ship to certain countries due to past shipping issues and non-arrival.
- Orders attempting to bypass this restriction will be canceled.
