An absolute beauty! This finger-sized specimen is a single Fairy Quartz Finger consisting of a secondary growth of small, vitreous and transparent crystals formed on the primary crystal. This particular piece also has iron staining, commonly known as a dream coat, adding a reddish-brown hue to it.

  • A semi-translucent, vitreous and beautiful Fairy Quartz Finger from South Africa.
  • Consists of 2 generations of crystals : 1 main visible chunky crystals and secondary smaller crystals growing on the main crystal.
  • The colors vary from white to reddish brown.
  •  Iron staining, also known as dream coat can be seen on the piece, giving it its reddish-brown color.
  • This piece has a slight contact damage to its body, revealing the main Quartz.
  • The apex of the main crystal also has some damage to it.
