I'm always so fascinated by Pyrite : This is a cluster of lustrous and opaque cubic Pyrite crystals. This shiny piece has smaller crystals growing between larger Pyrite crystals and is reminiscent of a golden and sparkling river.

  • An amazing cluster of golden and lustrous Pyrite crystals from Peru.
  • The Pyrite crystals are mostly cubic shaped and are intergrown.
  • Most of the crystals have striations to their faces.
  • The crystals cover all sides of the piece.
  • Smaller crystals form a shiny druse in between larger crystals, making it seem as a river.
  • Some of the Pyrite cubes have visible contact damage.
