Shipping Policy:
Mauritius-based Customers:
- Parcels will be sent via Mauritius Post (Express shipping costs vary) or collected at our offices in Pereybere by appointment.
International Buyers:
Important Note:
Please be aware of the following shipping policies before making a purchase.
1. Shipping Costs:
- All-inclusive shipping costs apply for retail purchases totaling $500 or more.
For orders under $500:
- Minimum order weight: 2.0kg.
- Shipping cost: $56 for up to 2kgs*.
- Additional charge: $15 per kg after the initial 2kgs.
2. Import Duties and Taxes:
- Import duties, customs inspection fees, taxes, VAT and charges are not included in the item or shipping charges.
- Customers are responsible for any customs issues and charges in their destination country.
- Please check with your country's customs office for additional costs prior to purchasing. Do your due diligence to understand how your country's customs work, this is your responsibility.
-If you are due to pay duties and taxes to your government, DHL will assist with the customs clearance and brokerage of your parcel, however you will need to pay this prior to delivery.
3. EU/UK Customers:
- Minimum order of $200 (USD) applies.
4. Combined Shipping and Parcels:
- Benefit from combined shipping rates by building a parcel with ZAminerals.
- Parcels are shipped via DHL.
- One item will be sent in a box within a larger box for optimal protection.
5. Shipping Rates :
- Shipping rates are calculated based on weight at checkout.
- Estimated averaged packed shipping rates are provided below. Note that rates may vary due to the daily exchange rate and shipping zone.
Airport to Airport options are available for parcels over 45kgs. Please ask for a quote. You will have to have a freight forwarding logistics agent on your side to assist with customs clearance.

- Parcels sent by DHL typically arrive within 7 business days.
6. Dispatch Schedule:
- Parcels are dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment receipt.
- Parcels paid by Wednesday (8am MUT) are packed and collected for export on the following Monday.
7. Packaging and Customs:
- Parcels include required documentation for customs clearance.
- Products may have origin stickers to comply with customs regulations. (To remove these stickers, use a wet or oiled sponge and gently rub this off.)
- Sales tax or VAT is the responsibility of the customer to pay once the parcel is sent.
8. Address Confirmation and Changes:
- Shipping addresses must be confirmed correctly with PayPal.
- Any changes requested after dispatch are at the customer's expense.
9. Delivery and Customs Delays:
- DHL delivers on weekdays between 9am and 5pm.
- Please ensure someone is available to sign for the parcel.
- Customs delays may extend delivery times and are beyond our control.
**10. Refusal of Orders:**
- Refusal of orders results in non-refundable parcels being destroyed.
