- **Combined Shipping Benefits:** Build a parcel with ZAminerals to enjoy combined shipping rates. If you buy only one item, it will be packaged within a larger box for shipping efficiency.
- **Purchase via Social Media/Messenger:** Customers who buy through social media or messenger are encouraged to accumulate items for better shipping rates per kilogram. Items from both online store purchases and Live shows can be combined, we can then adjust shipping when you're ready to ship.
- **21-Day Shopping Period:** Customers are offered a 21-day period to shop and accumulate purchases, reducing overall shipping costs.
- **Open Box Invoice:** After each completed and confirmed sale, an updated "Open Box" invoice is sent, detailing all purchases and combined shipping rates if applicable. The combining period begins upon claiming the first purchase.
- **Requesting an Invoice:** Customers can request an invoice if they prefer not to utilize the 21-day shopping period. The invoice will be manually combined, and the combined shipping rate will be applied during office hours.
- **Payment for Close Box:** Once a customer spends $500, the invoice is updated to "Close Box" status and sent for payment. Payment is expected within 24 hours of finalizing the invoice.

 

**Shipping Policy - International Buyers**

**Important Note:**
Please be aware of the following shipping policies before making a purchase.



**1. Shipping Costs:**
- All-inclusive shipping costs apply for purchases totaling $500 or more.
- For orders under $500:
- Minimum order weight: 2.5kg.
- Shipping cost: $50 for up to 5kgs.
- Additional charge: $12 per kg after the initial 5kgs.

**2. Import Duties and Taxes:**
- Import duties, custom inspection fees, taxes, VAT and charges are not included in the item or shipping charges.
- Customers are responsible for any customs issues and charges in their destination country.
- Please check with your country's customs office for additional costs prior to purchasing. Do your due diligence to understand how your country's customs work, this is your responsibility.

**3. EU/UK Customers:**
- Minimum order of $200 (USD) applies.

**4. Combined Shipping and Parcels:**
- Benefit from combined shipping rates by building a parcel with ZAminerals.
- Parcels are shipped via Chronopost.
- One item will be sent in a box within a larger box for optimal protection.

**5. Shipping Rates:**
- Shipping rates are calculated based on weight at checkout.
- Estimated shipping rates are provided below. Note that rates may vary due to the daily exchange rate.

- Parcels are sent by Chronopost/DHL and typically arrive within 7 business days.

**6. Dispatch Schedule:**
- Parcels are dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment receipt.
- Parcels paid by Wednesday (8am MUT) are packed and collected for export on the following Monday.

7. Packaging and Customs:

  • Parcels include required documentation for customs clearance.
  • Products may have origin stickers to comply with customs regulations.(To remove these stickers, use a wet or oiled sponge and gently rub this off.)
  • Sales tax or VAT is the responsibility of the customer to pay once the parcel is sent.

**8. Address Confirmation and Changes:**
- Shipping addresses must be confirmed correctly with PayPal.
- Any changes requested after dispatch are at the customer's expense.

**9. Delivery and Customs Delays:**
- Chronopost/ DHL delivers on weekdays between 9am and 5pm.
- Please ensure someone is available to sign for the parcel.
- Customs delays may extend delivery times and are beyond our control.

**10. Refusal of Orders:**
- Refusal of orders results in non-refundable parcels being destroyed.
- Contact us for assistance if issues arise, and we will assist as best we can.

**11. Mauritius-based Customers:**
- Parcels can be sent via Post Office (shipping costs vary) or collected at our offices in Pereybere by appointment.
