Blue Baryte is known as an inner vision stone, opening the third eye and Crown Chakras.

Geological Terminology:
  • Pearly, translucent, intergrown, platy crystals of Baryte(Barite).
  • The Baryte crystals are double terminated and have a blade-like shape.
  • These platy crystals of Baryte have a pale Blue colour present.
  • Growth patterning can be seen on the surface of the Baryte crystals.
  • Baryte crystals have developed on a matrix with waxy, opaque, black Goethite
  • Black to iron-Brown Sand residue on the specimen.
  • Damage to the perimeter of the specimen.
