This is an amazingly beautiful specimen of blue, opaque Kyanite blades with lustrous Muscovite on its edges. The Kyanite and Muscovite have seemingly developed on Quartz.

  • Opaque, vitreous deep blue Kyanite blades specimen from Brazil.
  • Blue, opaque Kyanite with deep blue striations.
  • Vitreous, semi-translucent Muscovite scales can be seen on the edges of this piece.
  • Quartz formations are visible at the bottom and on the sides of the piece.
