The combination of black Tourmaline, smoky Quartz and Hyalite is believed to create a powerfully grounded yet spiritually luminous energy field, shielding against negativity while anchoring higher insights into everyday awareness. 


Some Geological Lingo:
  • Lustrous, opaque, trigonal, black Tourmaline.
  • Matte, sub-opaque to opaque, prismatic smoky Quartz. 
  • Quartz has intergrown with the black Tourmaline.
  • Pearly, translucent, light yellow to green toned Hyalite (Opal-AN) has developed on the Smoky quartz. 
  • Hyalite is UV reactive and fluoresces a neon green.
  • Growth indentation markings and contact damage present to the base of the crystal.
