A wonderful subtle-pink toned specimen of Manganese-rich Calcite and thin fibers of Kutnohorite.
This specimen is absolutely phenomenal when exposed to the UV light!

  • Pearly, opaque, trigonal pastel pink Manganoan Calcite.
  • The Manganoan Calcite appears to have developed on the Kutnohorite crystals.
  • Manganoan calcite fluoresces an intense pink when exposed to UV light.
  • Matte, opaque, pale white to grey toned, thin radial sprays of Kutnohorite.
  • Kutnohorite is a member of the dolomite group.
