A radiant Rose Quartz polished sphere with some pink hues from Madagascar. This particular piece is also known as 'Star Rose Quartz' because it shows 'an asterism' when viewed from the correct angle. The star is caused by reflections from embedded fibers of a mineral related to Dumortierite that intersect at an angle of 60 degrees.
