A sensational Shangaan Amethyst Quartz, filled with radiant specks of Red Hematite & subtle Smokey Zoning.

Some Geological Lingo:
  • Vitreous, translucent to sub-opaque, prismatic Quartz crystal.
  • This Quartz is double terminated/ multi-terminated and has developed over the original milky Quartz crystal.
  • Saturated deep Amethyst can be seen throughout the crystal body.
  • Vibrant Red Hematite speckled inclusions can be in the crystal body.
  • Subtle Smoky Zoning in the crystal body.
  • Vitreous Quartz drusy can be seen on the back of the main crystal body.
  • Growth interference can be seen on the crystal surface. 
  • Minor chips present.
