Cactus Quartz is one of my absolute favourites. I mean, just look at this beauty, with it's defined deep purple Amethyst Phantoms twinkling at us :)
Amethyst cactus quartz is also believed to help purify and protect the aura, and is said to be useful for clearing negative energy from one's environment.

    Geological Terminology:
    • Vitreous intergrown Amethyst Quartz crystal cluster
    • Smaller and larger crystals have intergrown to form this crystal cluster.
    • The secondary prismatic crystals are translucent- transparent and lustrous.
    • One particular crystal is longer than the rest and is bent.
    • Primary quartz has been exposed at the perimeter and base of the specimen.
    • This specimen has a natural break and no cut marks.
    • Chips to some of the terminations of the crystals.
